Unless you personally have taken steps to disable all security on your iPad (known as Jailbreaking) there is no ‘menu trojan’ present.

So you’ll have to explain yourself better as to what’s going on. What are you trying to do when this password prompt appears. You mention an old email account. If that account is still present and active and you changed the password at some time then yes, you will get that prompt every tine it tries to check for email.

If the old email is still present then delete it.

It is asking in (asetukset) settings, theres a red Number 1 in one corner. It is asking for Apple id settings update. But the account it is referring to does not exists anymore.

My first guess is that the email account (name) was also used as the Apple ID name (now Apple Account). The email account itself may be gone, but its name lives on as the Apple Account login name. This is not a problem, and not a security issue.

Search https://support.apple.com if you decide you want to change the Apple \Account email name, there is a HowTo document explaining the method.

If you have forgotten the password for your Apple ID/Account please post back for more advice before you start deleting or resetting things because if your phone is still logged in there is a method to reset the unknown password. However, you need to be logged on a trusted device to do it!

You are going to need to provide much more details about what you are seeing. Provide a screenshot if you can as long as it does not reveal any of your personal information.

Nothing you have included indicates a Trojan of any kind. There are many reasons why it may be asking for an old email account, but in your case it is unknown with the information provided, so very difficult to provide a resolution.

By far the easiest method to trigger and save a screenshot is to set-up and use the corner-swipe gesture.

Settings > Multitasking & Gestures >

  • Swipe Finger from Corner - set to ON
  • Bottom Left Corner - select as required
  • Bottom Right Corner - select as required

You can also trigger a screenshot using an Apple Pencil:

Settings > Apple Pencil > [Pencil Gestures]

  • Bottom Left Corner - select as required
  • Bottom Right Corner - select as required

The other ways to trigger a screenshot from an iPad are described here:

Take a screenshot on your iPad - Apple Support

By definition, a screenshot will capture the entire screen. If you only wish to capture part of the screen, you’ll need to crop the captured image using the markup tools:
