Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases from Apple devices using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

The tags appended to your post suggest that you have installed a beta version of iPadOS. If this is indeed the case, be aware that you might reasonably anticipate experiencing issues until you have updated to the production version. Apple have indicated that iOS/iPadOS will officially be available on Monday 15th September.
