Hello Apple Support,
I am trying to add my RedotPay card to Apple Wallet, but it seems that new RedotPay cards cannot be added since August 22, 2025.
Could you please confirm if this is a temporary restriction or a permanent policy change?
Also, is there any timeline for when Apple Wallet will allow new RedotPay card additions again?

The changes were made to comply with changes in Hong Kong banking regulations. Several Hong Kong banks have statements on their websites about the changes and how they affect their customers. You best resource will be the issuer of your card.
