Low sound during phone calls with AirPods 4 on Samsung device

I have a pair of AirPod 4's and am an avid Samsung user (the airpods were purchased at my previous job where my work phone was an apple).

My AirPods are approx. 1 year old, and I've never had any issues with them, they've been great.

This week I've noticed that the sound volume during teams calls and listening to Spotify is perfect, however when making normal phone calls, it's so quiet, it's like a whisper. I have tried Enabling ANC and disabling it and nothing.

I've gone 12 months with 0 issues and now out of the blue they aren't working correctly.

I have hard reset my AirPods, I've re-paired them to my phone and nothing.

Send help! I don't understand why they would just stop working.
