Eg: Wondering how you are creating the ebook ...
and whether ot not the app allows you to customise the book format.
Eg: If you are using the Pages app, there are templates of varying sizes available for creating Books, either in Landscape, or Portrait orientation, and various ways to customise, and then export as ebooks
