eSIM activation on a new iphone after losing my iphone

i lost my iPhone that had a physical SIM card,

bought a new iPhone 16 pro and an eSIM,

i removed the old iPhone from my account to stop its connection to the phone number and it was written that it will be finally removed after one month.

BUT the new phone keeps asking me to bring the old iPhone close to the new iPhone so the new eSIM card be activated, the question is: do i have to wait for one month to activate the new ESIM or who can bypass this one month period, APPLE? or my mobile service provider?

No, you don't have to wait a month to activate the eSim on your new phone. Contact your carrier who can help you activate the eSim on your replacement phone. Or read this --> Set up eSIM on iPhone - Apple Support
