Compatibility issue with streaming site on older Mac running macOS Catalina 10.15.7

We have an older desktop, running macOS Catalina 10.15.7. My husband likes to stream dirt racing. I thought we could use this older desktop we have. However, this is the latest version I can install and it is not compatible with the streaming sight. Does any one have a work around? I thought maybe we could get an external hard drive and make it the boot disk, however I have more experience with PC's than I do Mac's.

Help, please.

The current version of Firefox will run on Catalina – although the current versions of most other well-known third-party browsers now require Big Sur (Brave, Opera) or Monterey (Chrome, Microsoft Edge).
