My Macbook pro is toast, I want to replace it, but cant recall the specs for comparison to other models, is there a way to identify Storage and RAM from the serial number?
Its a 2019 16", but I can't recall what Memory and storage I spec'd with it... Is there an online portal where I can identify this?

All good, I rang Apple customer support and the specialist was able to find the information from my original order (that was no longer accessible online)..

Tried that, but the trade-in tool asked me to choose what size the Storage & CPU type were, will have another go.
