Apple support disabled chat option for me
Apple support told me they will cover the phone call with them. I agreed to call with them, since they issue could not be solved by phone. I got a 153€ bill from that call. Now Apple customer service is ending every chat with me when I ask them to pay the bill. Even though I have sent screenshots to them with proof of them promising to cover the costs of the phone. Now they have also blocked me from contacting them. Could anyone tell me how this could be solved?
