Series 10 watch blood oxygen senor not turned back on was to be done as an update. Last update did not turn the o2 sensor back on in USA

Take an ECG, which seems to be needed as the last step to unlock Blood Oxygen.

Remember also that the results are on the phone not the watch, as a workaround the patent argument
