Blood Oxygen sensor and Reception on Apple Watch Ultra 2 in Sweden

I got offered to buy an Apple Watch 2 that was bought in the us. I live in Sweden and will primarily use it here and just want to confirm that it will work exactly the same as if it was bought here originally?

If you are considering buying a used Watch then make sure the seller has followed the procedures for selling, gifting, or trading in an Watch

Otherwise you might wind up with a useless piece of hardware.

As far as blood oxygen it would depend on when that Ultra 2 was originally purchased as that sensor may have been disabled. Only the U.S. was affected by the ban, not the rest of the world. A recent update enabled the sensor but there are still legal proceedings going on over it.

Hi

thanks for that. What about different frequency bands which leads to bad reception?

According to what I have found in researching your question, U.S. models use different LTE bands than Europe and it would appear a U.S. Ultra 2 may not work at all in Europe. Apple watch models are region specific. The newly announced Apple watches support 5G now.
