allow ask siri, but not cmd+cmd (twice) keyboard shortcut

macbook m1, if i double click cmd, it asked me if i want to enable siri, i said yes, and then afterwards, whenever i double click cmd, siri came out.

even though i changed the keyboard shortcut to something else, double clicking cmd still activate siri.

had to disable siri to disable this keyboard shortcut.

someone else also has this problem:
