Deleting iCloud accounts to free up space for new ones

hi i have 3 icloud accounts and as i serched i only can make 3 a year so is it possible to delate one so i free up space for new one? It says that I can't create a new one this time and I need new iCloud account but I already have 3 so I was wondering if I could delete two of them to free up space so I could create new ones Even if one year hasn't ended please I need help from you guys
