Apple TV on Mac not working

Hey I have several movies down loaded on my M 4 Pro and im traveling the world, and then all the downloads stopped working. The movie says it's downloaded and I see it there, I click play, it takes me in and then immediately boots me back out. Ive deleted and redownloaded, Ive signed out and back in and double checked my payment. it's not working. What must I do.
