Error message 'This app uses localization EU, but existing installation is RU' in application

anyone please help with tis issue. every time when trying to open application this massage is appearing "This app uses localization EU, but existing installation is RU". I don't know how to resolve the problem.

I did both of the ways, but no success. I deleted the app all files which was related to the game reboot the system and so on nothing helped. I downloading the installer from official web page with EU localization but still the same result.
