Can't access family sharing in Apple TV app on MacBook Air

When I open the Apple TV app on my MacBook Air there is no longer the option to access family sharing from the library menu on the left hand side. Please could you tell me how I access my family's purchases?

Update: I have edited the categories under library and added Family Sharing in, but when I click on it I get a message that says no results. They were there yesterday!

Also, my son has a windows laptop and he can't see family sharing in the Apple TV app either.
