Unable to access Apple Music due to family account issue

i went into my Apple

music and it said I wasn’t able to listen due to having my account disabled. It said I wasn’t apart of the family plan. But when I checked it told me on my parents phone that I had access to my Apple Music. When I go to my music app now all my music is gone.
