Hi jamesfrommcsherrystown
welcome to this Apple (user-to-user) Community,
Re: "How to connect Series 10 GPS Watch to Oiticon MiniRite Hearing Aides to talk on iphone 14 calls?"
Although Apple does not seems to support hearing-aid use with Apple Watch as yet, hearing devices that are "Made-for-iPhone" (Mfi) compatible can generally make use of Apple's accessibility software.
As the "MiniRite" aids are not on the list, you may need to rely on Bluetooth, up-to-date hearing-aids firmware, and (if available) an app from the manufacturer, the hearing-aid manual, your hearing-specialist, or the hearing-aid supplier.
Eg: Apple Support's :List of Made for iPhone hearing devices - Apple Support
lists only the Oticon models below
Oticon
- BX00*
- Ex00*
- FX00*
- Intent X*
- Jet
- Opn
- Opn S
- Opn Play
- Own*
- More*
- Play PX*
- Real X*
- Ruby
- Zircon*
- Optim
- Siya
- Xceed
- Xceed Play
Else: For a newly-introduced model, you may want to check compatibility with Oticon
Eg: Oticon support website: https://www.oticon.com/support
Third-party (non-Apple) article on using Hearing-Aids with Apple Watch: seems to have lots of tips.

Re: "I can't route the audio to my phone".
Wondering if this "how-to" article may be helpful:
Route and automatically answer calls on iPhone - Apple Support
Also: while actually on a call on iPhone, you can direct the audio:
See: While on a call on iPhone - Apple Support
Eg: says:
"Adjust the audio during a call
To change the volume, press the volume buttons on the side of iPhone.
Or swipe down on the call banner, then do any of the following:
- Mute: Tap the Mute button.
- Put the call on hold: Touch and hold the Mute button.
- Talk handsfree: Tap the Audio button, then choose an audio destination."

Re: Has anyone resolved this issue or is there a solution coming in the OS26 development?
We are all Apple users, like yourself in the community, so we don't see feedback sent to Apple. Unless someone shares their experience with you in this discussion thread, we have no way of knowing for sure.
If more help is needed: See: How to contact Apple for help with accessibility features - Apple Support
All the best :-)
