I've currently put my iphone 13 on charging and I don't know why it's becoming very hard to type and phone is not working properly what has happened to this any idea

Follow the 3R 's- if a restart does not solve your problem proceed
Have you shutdown & restarted the iPhone ie power off/on...

It sounds like your iPhone 13 is acting up with “ghost touches” or slow typing while charging. This usually happens if the charger or cable isn’t original and causes interference, or if the power source isn’t stable. Sometimes it can also be because the phone is getting too hot while charging, or if your storage is almost full, which can make the phone slow and unresponsive. Try unplugging it to see if it works fine without charging, switch to the original Apple charger and a proper wall socket and maybe clear up some space if your storage is packed.
