Error "There was a problem creating your new Apple ID" while creating child account

Hi community,

Can I get some help with this problem?

I'm trying to create a child account to link to my family sharing, but I get this message at the end: "there was a problem creating your new Apple ID. your account cannot be created at this time".

I know this issue was raised previously, but trying this on other devices didn't work either.

Please. help.
