Delayed resolution for defective Apple Gift Card redemption
Bought a gift card and and the gift card redemption number was unreadable. Reported issue to support and provided necessary information twice...then they ask for the same information a 3rd time putting the case ID on all the receipts. Each time it starts a 10 day response period over again and there is no way per Support to contact the escalation team to get a resolution. Well after 2 weeks this is ridiculous for a 100.00 gift card. The responses are not acceptable that there is no way to contact those that are supposedly working the issue. Has anyone found a way to cut through this horrible service to get something like this handled in a timely manner? I am at the point that because of my time spent on this not getting resolve I might just stop spending money with Apple all together because of a 100.00 gift card.
