Siri spelling names wrong while dictating texts

My wife is “Jo” , Siri always adds “Joe” when using dictation while texting. The text replacement feature does not work because the replacement is smaller than the name I’m replacing cornering it as a shortcut. Using replacement feature doesn’t work because Jo does not show up as a replacement option.
