Iphone 13 pro max white blank screen issue

Recently I buy used iPhone 13 Pro Max in Dubai mobile market now I'm using in India after two Month asking ios update from my device i updated also suddenly device screen getting white blank screen after update the IOS i checked with near by iphone service centre they said need to change display we do free of cost but we need original bill copy but I don't have any bills copy so kindly give me some suggestions what I do next..?
