Song disappears from playlist after adding and music stops playing on my Apple device

When i am playing a song and add it to my playlist, the music stops playing, seemingly temporarily removing the song from the current playlist.

If i want to check out an artist by clicking the artist name inside any playlist, it takes me to a list of serveral artist, but the one im looking for it not in that list. It should take me straight to the first artist, or let me choose which of the artists i want to see.
