iCloud wants to sign up with my old e-mail address

My old email address has not been used for over three years. Now (for several months now) iCloud wants me to sign in with it on my computer (PC).

It doesn't appear in my Apple account, of course, so I can't delete it.

Windows, Windows 10 (19045)

I already tried to contact Apple support via a callback request, but no matter how hard I pressed the number 1, the machine "didn't understand the answer".

According to the instructions, you can also contact them by email, but I can't find an email address anywhere.

So you are my only hope.
