Volume level issues on LGTV (WebOS)

I am seeking guidance on how to raise a case regarding a technical problem with the Apple Music app on my LG OLED TV.

The issue is that the volume level increases dramatically when switching from one track to the next. This occurs randomly, roughly every few to a dozen tracks (usually not with Dolby Atmos).

The current workaround seems to be disabling Dolby Atmos in the Apple Music app settings.

However, this workaround is not a real solution, as it removes the ability to listen to tracks in spatial audio.
