I can't recover my iPhone 14, it always gets stuck at one point.

I was updating my phone via cable, when suddenly it failed with error 1109. I updated it again and it failed. I restored the iPhone and it failed at the same point with the same error. I am using the Windows app Apple Devices, my phone is about a year old and the wire I'm using to connect is a Lightning to USB-C using no convertors.
