Unable to update my iMac 27" to macOS Ventura

I have a MacOS Monterey 12.7.6

Processor: 3.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

Memory: 24 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

Storage: 91 of 750 GB available

It says my Mac is up to date. Is that it? Can I no longer update? Thanks

What is the hardware model year of that 27” iMac? That will determine if and how far you can upgrade.

—————

2017 - You can upgrade to Ventura.

2019, 2020 - You can upgrade to Ventura, Sonoma, or Sequoia. (The 2020 iMacs will be able to run Tahoe.)

Late 2015 - Monterey is the end of the line.
