Missing emergency button and medical information on iPhone 15 Lock Screen

I don’t see how any emergency EMT can access my emergency information on my locked iPhone 15 anymore. I went to the section where it was, and I tapped it to be shown on the locked screen. But it’s nowhere to be found. Are other people having this issue because I’m 78 years old if I keel over, I want people to contact my people & want them to know all my medical information. Are they not doing that anymore cause it keeps telling me what to do when I’ve done it, but it’s still not showing up. Thank you for any help. You can give me OK?
