Apple Music family subscription issue on new iPad Air
Good afternoon,
We’ve run into an issue with Family Sharing on our Apple Music Family subscription. We bought a new iPad Air 11 M3 for my wife. On her iPhone and on other family members’ devices, everything works fine and the subscription is active until September 7, with automatic renewal afterwards.
However, on the iPad it shows “subscription canceled on September 2.” We’ve tried everything — signing out and back into the account, restarting the iPad — but nothing helps.
Please help us resolve this problem.
