How do I access iCloud Photos from deceased person's iPhone?
Hello, my name is Branique. I recently lost my boyfriend, Kevon, who passed away on July 7th, 2025. He was the father of my son, and many of the only photos of them together are stored in his iCloud account.
I don’t have his iCloud password, and he did not set up a Legacy Contact before his passing. I would like to know the process for requesting access to his iCloud photos so I can preserve them for my son.
I am located in the Bahamas and I’m prepared to provide his death certificate and any legal documents required. Could you please guide me through the steps for making this request?
