Hey guys i’ve been trying to synch my macbook to icloud messages and it’s just been stuck like this and keeps pausing itself does anyone know why?

Original Title: Problems with syncing
This seems to have started for me since the iPhone 18.6.2 update a few days ago. Messages working OK on iPhone, but not on any devices. Have signed out of primary email, signed out of Messages, rebooted, signed on but the issue remains.
I was on Apple support with the same guy for the past few days and we were finally able to resolve it! Although he didn’t do anything particularly different on the last phone call to fix it when it was finally resolved
Issue resolved: contacted Apple support online and requested Chat. When the Chat agent couldn't resolve the non-synching issue with iMessages, I was asked if someone could call me which happened within 2 minutes. The agent screen- shared my phone and we went through several procedures on the Iphone. It appears as though my iCloud account may have become blocked for suspicious activity. The support team was amazing. Told me it would take about 24 hours to correct, but now I can type a text message on my laptop and all devices are synching within six hours. Thank you APPLE!
