iPhone uploading 18 GB of data to “Google Common” servers with no known Google apps or uploads
Over the past week, my iPhone has uploaded approximately 18 GB of data to Google servers, listed under "Google Common" in the data usage breakdown. Ipv6 of this server is 2a00:1450:400c:c06::cf
This issue was happened during my phone was charging and not connected to WiFi.
- I do not use Google Drive on my iOS device.
- My WhatsApp backups are stored in iCloud, not in Google Drive.
- I have not intentionally uploaded large files to Google services.
This raises concerns about what background process or Google service is responsible for such a large amount of data upload. Could you please investigate this issue and clarify:
- Which Google service or application generated this upload?
- Why such a large volume of data was transferred without my explicit action?
- How I can prevent this from happening again?
I am attaching screenshots of my data usage statistics for any comment
Thanks.
