Lightning flashes appear on some screenshots from one contact on iPhone

I had to take screenshots the other day of a conversation I was having , and the other person sent me screenshots of their attempts to reply to me but wasn’t sending , the weirdest thing was it looked like it was a fake screenshot from them . So to make sure I wasn’t CrAzY or seeing things I screenshot the text messages. Wow here’s where it gets weird

mid I press on a screenshot it allows me to pop it up but on the screenshot I got it was like pasted on couldn't pop it up , also then showing a friend , BANG !!!BANG !!! These weird type of electric white lighting bulbs appear then disappear all over the screenshot , I mean come’on I sound CrAzy yes !!!

I could be CrAzy or it could BE true ?!?!
