iCloud is not removed from iPhone 12 after reset

First of all the unlocker services offered on the internet are a waste of time and money if you actually paid for anything. The results they give are not reliable. If they worked then any thief would use them to gain access to stolen devices, and they don't.

The last screenshot shows a partial email address, you would need to sign into iCloud.com using that email address to remove the device from FindMy. So what is Apple actually showing when you view it on their website.

Ironically if you had the Password for that account you could also use it on your device to remove the Activation Lock. Where did you remove the phone from Find My?

There are 2 ways to remove the Activation Lock:

• Enter the password to the account. You do that after swiping up on the screen and proceeding to the screen where you need to enter the full Apple Account email address and password. Since you said you previously removed Find My on the phone, it would require that same password to do that.
• Provide the proof of purchase documentation to remove the lock with the website below. In most cases this will have to be the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller that includes the IMEI/Serial number on the device. Apple does not get involved in any third party sales for verification, because even I could create a receipt that would no actually prove ownership.

You will find that there are many services that claim they can remove the lock and they will simply take your money. They are also promoted heavily on YouTube with paid videos that are nothing more than an advertisement to get you to fall for the scam.

Follow up with additional information on why you are not able to remove the Activation Lock:

• If it has been forgotten for some reason after you removed it from Find My, you may be able to use Account Recovery. You cannot remove the Activation Lock from a website by providing the serial number for obvious reasons.
• If you followed the steps provided by Apple to delete an Apple Account, including all of its information, and did not sign out of the account first on the iPhone as detailed in the delete instructions, then you will have to use the second option to remove the Activation Lock.
• If you purchased the device used, then it was not properly reset, and it will have to be the original owner that removes the lock.
