How do I unlock Screen Time passcode on my iPhone 14?
i don’t know the screen time password I am locked out I need heip to to unlock it

When the Screen Time Passcode is set, you are given the chance to provide an Apple Account to unlock if the passcode is forgotten. If you do not enter one and tap Skip, then you are prompted with a warning that says the only way to reset the passcode is by using an Apple Account/Password, and does not need to be the one signed into the device.
After ignoring those 2 messages, you may only be left with the option of erasing your device and you would not be able to restore from a backup, so it may result in data loss. You will need to know the Apple Account email/Password for the account signed into the device, otherwise it will be Activation Locked.
