Issue on MacMini Since Updating To 15.6.1 from 15.6

Ever since update, I cannot upload, attach or download files (jpegs or PDFs) - can't attach files to an email in gmail, upload photos to Facebook, save a PDF file form an online account to desktop, etc.

I have shut down and restarted multiple times and nothing else was changed on my system. When I go to do any of these tasks I get the spinning wheel and have to force close the browser.

I have an older iMac in the same room that is still on 15.6 with no issues.

Does anyone know if this is a known issue with 15.6.1 and when it will be fixed?

If not any idea why this just started happening?

Thanks.
