iPhone 14 Network and Mobile Data Issues After iOS 18.6.2 Update

After updating my iPhone 14 to iOS 18.6.2, I’ve been experiencing serious network issues on both of my SIMs. Frequently, there is no signal at all, and the network fluctuates a lot. Mobile data is also not working properly.

When I insert the same SIM card into another iPhone, it works perfectly fine with data speeds around 200 Mbps. However, on my iPhone 14, the mobile data does not connect, internet access fails, and the signal often drops to "No Service" with no bars showing.

This issue started only after the update — previously, everything was working absolutely fine.

I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps, including resetting network settings, restarting the device, reinserting the SIM, and even contacting my carrier for network re-scheduling. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.

Contact Apple Support and have them run diagnostics on your iPhone to confirm if the issue is related to hardware, or if it's related to your carrier.

If you have the Apple Support app downloaded, you can also run cellular diagnostics yourself:

  1. Open the Support app and then tap on your iPhone.
  2. In the Search Bar under 'Support Topics' type in 'cellular not working'
  3. You should then see a pop-up asking to run Apple Cellular Diagnostics > tap on Run Diagnostics. The test should start automatically.

If Dual SIM with eSIM isn't working on your iPhone

If you see SOS, No Service, or Searching on your iPhone or iPad
