Hello, I realise that I can clear the cache and check storage but my problems are photos and emails. I have nearly 20K. I've watched a short film on YouTube about Clever Cleaner and it says that Apple are aware of it and feel it's OK to use, does anyone know about this app, or can they recommend what I can use? Thanks for reading and any advice.

I think all these apps like Clever Cleaner have bulit in SpyWare (Virus) and may send all your photoes to some servers and have accest to your private things... I think its not worth to download it and risk your data privacy...
If i needed to downloaded the app i won't do it i think its risky.
If you dont have any worthy data on your phone than download...
Its on your side but i think there is something keepen secret about this app i think its not so clear how they say

There are no viruses that affect an un-jailbroken iPhone. While nothing is impossible, it's highly unlikely that an app from the App Store is spy ware. The app's privacy policy is available in its App Store listing. Scaremongering isn't helpful.
The real danger posed by such apps is that they will delete things that you don't really want deleted. Photos has a built-in duplicate removal feature so this app is, as LD150 noted, pointless.

Don't believe everything you see on YouTube. Yes, of course, Apple is aware of any apps in the App Store. That doesn't mean they endorse them.

Clever Cleaner is an app produced by CleverFiles. The same people who make Disk Drill.
I have Disk Drill and it's a great file recovery app. But, I still wouldn't put Clever Cleaner on any of my devices, even being free.
As IdrisSeabright noted, it doesn't do anything that isn't already built-in to iOS, or you couldn't otherwise do yourself. This is true of any cleaning software (in particular). iOS is a sandboxed OS, meaning apps can't touch the system, or any other app. They can, however, do almost anything they want to your personal data (photos, cookies, contacts, etc.).
The problem with cleaners is they have to guess what's junk and what isn't. They may, and do, remove things that are important to you. But they don't know that, and that's the entire problem with them.
In short, you should never hand over control of your data to a third party app. If you use one that only points out things like duplicates, but takes no further action, that's fine. But it should always be up to you to make the final, manual decision to decide what you do or don't need.
