iCloud Calendar can't connect Microsoft Outlook 365

Hi Everyone, I have an issue when I set up calendar connect to microsoft outlook there is an error "verify your apple account to access your iCloud Data on windows"

actually I have input password correctly and can receive OTP on my phone, but in outlook still have a note "wrong password", this is a version of windows :

I have updated also with last version of iCloud application, please help I cannot sync our iCloud calendar on Microsoft Outlook

You’ll likely need an app-specific password to use with outlook. Create one at account.apple.com

I also can't find the iCloud calendar in Outlook even though I've checked the add-ins section.

this is add-ins that I've been checked

Hi Everyone, is there any update? until now I still can't sync between iCloud calendar and Ms.Outlook, please help
