My apple watch stopped charging (not sure if it's a charger or watch issue), battery died a week ago. Now when I try to charge it, all I see is that the watch is on recovery mode. I can't take any actions. Any ideas on what to do?

Which Apple Watch do you use? Has the battery ever been replaced by Apple?

I use series 8 for about 2 years now. battery never been replaced, I haven't had any issues
already tried these steps except charging with a different cable (I don't have)
I don't have access to a Apple Store at the moment, wondering if there is anything else I can do
Did you let the watch stay on the charger for about 30min or longer?
Are you using an Apple power adapter?
