How To Mute My Airpod 4 Case

Two weeks ago I upgraded my first series Airpods as one's battery life had reduced to half an hour.

I bought the Airpod 4 ANCs, and while the actual headphones have been amazing,

Morning noon day and night they constantly make noises, my iPhone and Macbook are up to date, and I have tried turning case sounds off via both devices settings.

I factory reset the Airpods to no avail, as well as plugging into my Mac via USB-C to try the settings.

When is it making noises? What are you doing when it happens? The only time my AirPod Pro 2's make noise is when I put them on the charger or when I ping them with Find My.

You said you bought them 2 weeks ago. Two weeks exactly? In the U.S., you have 14 days to return something you purchased from an Apple Store. If it's only a day or two more than that, you might check with the store manager to see if an exception can be made.

If you can't return them, have them looked at by the folks at the Genius Bar. They have a one year warranty.
