Siri is unable to start timer on my iPhone 16 Pro

I used to ask siri ‘Set a 10 minute timer’ or ‘give me a timer for 10 minutes’ and it used to just do it but recently when I ask that it just stops listening without doing anything. I have it displaying what it hears on screen so I know it has heard me correctly.

If I just ask it ‘ set a timer ‘ It will reply with ‘how long?’ and work fine. It gets the job done but it’s a bit annoying as I keep forgetting . Wondering if this is a known bug and how to fix it.
