iPad os 18.6.3 constantly dropping WiFi will not connect can only use iPhone hotspot
My iPad suddenly starting losing the connection to my router. CONSTANTLY. Like it connects, drops, connects, drops, connects drops multiple times per second. Meaning, effectively, I have no WiFi service. None of my other devices including iPhone on iOS 18.6.2 or any android evoce or smart TVs have a problem. And this iPad will still connect to my phone hotspot without an issue and stay connected to it.
@LotusPilot please DO NOT paste your standard answer here, I’ve seen it in multiple threads, and none of that worked. No VPN, I tried switching IP from rotating to fixed, I’ve restarted iPad, restarted router, forgot the network, reset network settings under reset iPad, and after that reset, the WiFi connected for about three full seconds and then resumed the constant blinking connect/disconnect/connect/disconnect cycle multiple times per second again, in the settings screen it’s just constantly cycling. This seems to be a problem with latest iPad OS update.
