Apple Music sync option grayed out on Family Sharing device

Good day, if i am under family sharing and was trying to sync some my music files to another but the option is grey out. Also the device am trying to sync the music files to from iTunes is under my family sharing and is the organizer , am wondering if that could affect is anyway because of the two accounts been linked and all
