Parents' contacts and calendars showing up on my devices

Every time I sync contacts or calendar on my iCloud to my devices my father's contacts and calendars appear. We are not in a family and his iCloud account is on none of the devices that have my iCloud account on. Our accounts and devices are completely separate yet the contacts keep showing up.
