Cuando voy a ver un vídeo en mi galería de iPhone, no se abre, pone lo que pondré en la foto siguiente. Tengo almacenamiento, lo compré hace poco tiempo, y tengo bastante.

This is typical problem, that may occur, if you have not enough free storage locally on your iPhone. Buying more iCloud storage will not help, if "Optimize iPhone Storage" is not able to free enough storage locally, so you can download the video from iCloud.
Is the option "Optimize iPhone storage" enabled in the Settings > your name > iCloud > Photos? If yes, and Photos can no longer optimize the local storage further, you are having more items in your iCloud than will fit on your iPhone, even optimized, and you need to remove items from iCloud.
iCloud Photos is not an independent storage. All items you are storing in iCloud Photos will need some storage on your iPhone as well to store the thumbnails for browsing.
