Cannot delete or reset gift card balance on Apple Account
Hello, I have a problem, I got a gift card, now I can’t delete it or reset the balance, can you help me with this?

It is not clear what you are trying to accomplish. Gift Cards are redeemed to your Apple Account. If you now want to zero out that balance in your Apple Account, maybe to change your region, then you would have to contact Apple directly.
