why Meevu app is not available on apple tv 4k. But I have it on my iPhone?

Apps need to be programmed and made for each platform on which they are to be available. If the developer never made an edition for the tvOS platform, then it won’t be available there. They could, but they have to create it separately, as operating at 16:9 screen for a remote interaction differs from ~9:19.6 screen for touch interaction.
