Missing ‘Hide Keypad’ button on iPhone 13

I’ve discovered many unanswered queries about the

missing ‘Hide Keypad’ button on iPhone 13 (during phone calls). I had same problem but eventually fixed it by switching from ‘Banner’ to ‘Full Screen’ for incoming calls (in ‘Settings’ - ‘Phone’)
